It is very simple and its auto, at any point of time when system checks that you have all other plans activated and your GECV's have already been used for Auto redemption and on your both wings you have one customer who has all three plans activated your 1/1 Platinum Plan gets activated. You should have sufficient balance in your Gold Bank for auto activation and all 15 headers should be activated.
