Commission is released on every Monday for any new sales automatically once system detects that new customers under you in your tree have completed 5 days cool off period.
Gold Motivation Step (GMS) is only paid to you if one out of first two customers on your first level is introduced by you and both customers on first level are from the same Gold Plan.
