Why I did not receive GMS 1/1?

As per the GMS 1/1 policy you must have introduced at least one customer at your first level in the same plan as you have initiated your tree with, if you have introduced none of the first two customers at your first level will only earn your commission at 2/2 in 2/2 Plan and at 3/3 in other plans.
