How can I refund my money by Cool off refund?

Customers are only been able to run Cool Off Refund if they have signed up in the system using Gold Bank Cash, customers who joined the system with Gold E-Card can not get Cool Off Refund, but they may send a Passport or ID copy at admin@goldmineint.com with an ownership transfer request for no Admin fee, please note that ownership transfer fee is charged after 5 days from the date of joining.
